Shayla Flesner

Shayla grew up in Osceola, Nebraska, and now resides in Lincoln with her husband Brian. Her love for helping people and building relationships with patients drives her desire to work in such an interactive profession. Through her previous experiences, she is very excited about her role and how she can support Ascend Chiropractic’s growth and vision.    

Shayla graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a degree in Sports Administration. While at UNK, she enjoyed assisting the athletic department with event set-ups and sports management. As a way to remain active and healthy, she also participated in many intramural activities in her free time. Her passion for athletics and helping others led her to a career path in the health field. 

Some of the things that she values are spending time with her husband, their kids, family, and friends. She remains active by playing recreational volleyball, attending sporting events, travelling, and spending time at the lake. Go Big Red! Go Chiefs!
